MCN Build provides construction management (CM) services to savvy owners who want to be a vital part of the design and construction processes. We have successfully performed projects under the various formats of construction management agreements, from CM-at-risk to agency CM.

In a CM-at-risk setting, based on our qualifications and experience, the Owner chooses to make MCN Build an integral part of the project team at the onset of the process. Once the project team is familiar enough with the design development to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), our role aligns with that of a general contractor, bearing the responsibility of ensuring that the project stays on schedule, remains under budget and is delivered to the established quality standards.

When the Owner doesn't have the in-house capabilities or chooses to complement his existing team, we can provide a fee-based CM service in which we act as the Owner's agent, and are responsible exclusively to the Owner, protecting his best interests at every stage of the project.
